This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs refund eligibility and cancellation conditions for digital services offered through www.varietyarticles.com (the “Website”).
This Policy must be read together with the Terms and Conditions (“T&C”). In the event of conflict, the T&C shall prevail.

A company duly incorporated and existing under the laws of the Dominican Republic (República Dominicana), (hereinafter referred to as the “Company,” “Variety Articles,” “We,” or “Us”).
“Variety Articles” is the commercial name and/or brand under which the Company provides its digital services.
The Company is the sole legal entity responsible for the provision of services, billing, refunds, and dispute handling under this Policy, unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement.

By completing a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.
- Scope of This Policy
This Policy applies exclusively to digital services, consulting services, service packages, subscriptions, and promotional offerings provided by Variety Articles.
Variety Articles does not sell physical goods. Therefore, provisions related to shipping, physical delivery, or tangible returns do not apply.
- Definition of Service Commencement
For purposes of refund eligibility, “Service Commencement” shall mean the earliest occurrence of any of the following:
- The scheduled start date of the service
- The initiation of work by Variety Articles
- Allocation of resources or personnel to the client’s project
- Delivery of onboarding materials or access credentials
- Strategic planning, research, consultation, drafting, or preparatory work
- Provision of any digital deliverable or partial deliverable
Service Commencement may occur even if the final deliverable has not yet been completed.
- Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility is determined based on:
- Whether Service Commencement has occurred
- The percentage of service already rendered
- Administrative and non-refundable fees disclosed at checkout
- Contractual obligations under the T&C
4.1 Refund Requests Before Service Commencement
If a refund request is submitted before Service Commencement:
The client may be eligible for a full or partial refund, subject to:
- Non-refundable administrative or processing fees
- Payment gateway or transaction fees
- Any non-refundable deposit disclosed at the time of purchase.
4.2 Refund Requests After Service Commencement
If Service Commencement has occurred, refunds will be assessed proportionally based on:
- Work performed
- Time invested
- Resources allocated
- Strategic or preparatory work completed
- Milestones achieved
- Deliverables already provided
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Completed milestones
- Delivered digital assets
- Consultation time already provided
- Allocated research or strategy development
- Consumed subscription periods
- Non-refundable deposits or administrative fees
Once ten percent (10%) or more of the total contracted service has been rendered, no refund shall be granted unless required by applicable law.
- Voluntary Withdrawal by the Client
5.1 Timely Withdrawal
Clients must notify Variety Articles in writing at least three (3) business days prior to the scheduled service start date.
In such cases:
- Refunds may be granted, less any non-recoverable administrative, gateway, or processing fees.
- Any expressly non-refundable deposit remains non-refundable.
5.2 Late Withdrawal
If notice is not provided within the required timeframe, the service shall be deemed commenced for refund calculation purposes.
Refunds will be evaluated in accordance with Section 3.2 and may be denied.
- Justified Late Withdrawal
6.1 Limited Extenuating Circumstances
If less than ten percent (10%) of the service has been rendered and the client provides valid written justification limited to:
- Serious documented illness; or
- Domestic calamity beyond reasonable control,
Then:
- Ten percent (10%) of the total service value will be retained for work performed
- An additional fifteen percent (15%) will be retained for administrative and opportunity costs
- The remaining balance may be refunded
Supporting documentation may be required.
6.2 Withdrawal After 10% Completion
Once ten percent (10%) or more of the service has been rendered, no refunds shall be granted, regardless of justification, except where mandated by applicable law.
- Cancellation by Variety Articles
If a service is cancelled solely by Variety Articles and not due to client breach
- A 100% refund of the unrendered portion of the service will be issued; or
- The client may elect to receive a credit valid for six (6) months
- Refund Request Procedure
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to: [email protected]
The request must include:
- Full legal name
- Proof of payment
- Detailed reason for the request
The official reference date shall be the date and time the email is received.
Failure to provide complete information may delay review.
- Refund Processing Timeframes
- Approved refunds will be processed internally within seven (7) business days.
- After processing, the time for funds to appear depends exclusively on the payment processor, issuing bank, or card network.
Financial institutions may require additional time ranging from several business days up to sixty (60) calendar days.
Such delays are outside the control of Variety Articles and do not constitute failure to refund.
- Non-Refundable Fees
The following are non-refundable unless required by law:
- Administrative fees
- Processing or gateway fees
- Expressly disclosed non-refundable deposits
- Currency conversion costs
- Chargeback handling fees incurred due to unjustified disputes
- Disputes and Chargebacks Policy
Variety Articles maintains a structured dispute resolution process. Clients agree to comply with this section before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.
11.1 Mandatory Pre-Dispute Contact
Before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with a bank or payment provider, the client must:
- Contact Variety Articles at [email protected]
- Provide written details of the concern
- Allow up to seven (7) business days for investigation and response
Failure to comply with this step constitutes breach of this Policy and the T&C.
11.2 Internal Review Process
Upon receipt of a dispute:
- Variety Articles will review service records, communications, and contractual terms
- A written response will be issued
- If applicable, a resolution proposal may be offered
11.3 Disputes After Service Delivery or Consumption
If the service has already been:
- Delivered in full or in part
- Accessed by the client
- Downloaded
- Consumed
- Or substantially performed
The transaction shall be considered valid and fulfilled.
In such cases, chargebacks may be formally contested with the payment processor using documented evidence.
11.4 Evidence Submission
In the event of a chargeback or formal dispute, Variety Articles reserves the right to submit evidence including but not limited to:
- Proof of service commencement
- Proof of service delivery
- Access logs or usage records
- Project files or deliverables
- Email and written communications
- Acceptance of Terms and Policies at checkout
- IP logs and digital confirmation records
11.5 Abusive or Fraudulent Chargebacks
Chargebacks deemed abusive, fraudulent, or initiated after service consumption may result in:
- Immediate suspension of services
- Permanent account termination
- Recovery of chargeback handling fees
- Referral to collections or legal recovery processes where permitted by law
- Policy Updates
Variety Articles reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Updates take effect upon publication on the Website.
Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
